What are the difference between the couples who decided to have a baby Essay

What are the difference between the couples who decided to encounter a baby or non - Essay ExampleFirst, early couples unremarkably go by means of a lot of financial problems. Couples who decide to cast off babies at a youthful age, therefore, faces a lot of such problems. Usually, young couples have jobs with small basic salary. Raising a baby does not only require the couple to have enough money, but also adequate time to ingest care of the baby. This implies that the couple will not have enough time to develop their career and make more money like the couples without children who take adequate time when they are between 20 and 30 years old to move through various jobs and job groups that pay higher. As Pope Francis suggested, couples who decide not to have children are usually more energetic, younger and richer than before as they have enough of free time on their hold to exercise and make money. On the contrary, a young couple with children usually has no or less(preno minal) control of their time and money because of their children. The young parents do not have adequate time on their own when their children are still small, unlike the couples without children who usually have all the time with each other. The young parents are also very cautious about their spending because of their inadequate salaries. When one is a young parent, they are also required to pick their children from school and drop them in the morning, unlike the childless couple. It is a big contrast with the childless couples who are frequently spotted hanging out with their friends after work. In general, the childless couple can be said to spend much of their time in accessible life than on family.Another difference between the childless couple and the couple with children is manifested in their ship canal of thinking. Young parents are usually considered as big children. This is so because, the young parents do not usually have adequate parenting experience. In most cases, b eing with their babies make them learn most of the things that take luff in their babies lives, some of which

On the other(a) side, Shia Muslims interpret this word differently bec ause they consider that it is their duty act against the infidels in general. Con law 4 Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words

Con law 4 - Essay ExampleThe states can non institute such a penalty because of the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, and most states are against such punishments. There have been cardinal main aspects of consideration by the courts in defining such punishments these are the amount of punishment and the regularity of punishment. The courts rely on the evolving standards of decency when considering the method of punishment. On the separate hand, in considering the method of punishment the courts use the equipoise rule (Prison Conditions and the Deliberate Indifference Standards the Eighth Amendment, 2011). Over the years, there has been an extension of the Eighth Amendment to cover the conditions of the inmates confinement. However, the incumbrance pressed the supplicant to prove that the officials were deliberately indifferent. Louisiana ex rel. Francis v Resweber 329 U.S 459 (1947) this berth held that the petitioner had to show a reasonable intent on the part o f the officer administering the punishment. Gregg v. Georgia 428 U.S 153 (1976) established the unnecessary and wanton infliction of pain standard. The consideration is whether the unnecessary pain inflicted was to serve as punishment and its counterweight to the crime committed. Obduracy and wantonness was a key requirement in this standard. The Rhodes v. Chapman case caused the further training of the Gregg standard in 1981, which expanded the scope of the Eighth Amendment to include prison conditions. In Rhodes v. Chapman (452 U.S. 337, 1981) it held that prisoners being housed in double cells is not in contravention of the Eighth Amendment. The Courts were of the opinion that the Constitution does provide for the provision of contented prisons and deprivation of lifes necessities are in violation of the Constitution. However, to double-cell an inmate with a chain smoking compartment is unconstitutional, as was held in Helling v. McKinney (509 U.S. 25, 1993). The Courts held that a Nevada inmate, double celled with a chain smoker, had a right to seek a court action. This is because the situation exposed him to some health hazards that he could incur as a hands-off smoker. However, the courts subsequently offered a more lenient standard for the prisoners this standard is familiar as the deliberate sluggishness standard (Eighth Amendment and Deliberate Indifference Standard for Prisoners, 2013). Deliberate Indifference Standard Estelle v. gamble 429, U.S 97 (1976), was the start-off case in which the courts discussed this standard. Generally, deliberate indifference seems to people as the blatant but conscious brush aside of a persons consequences in relation to his actions or omissions. Negligence on the part of the officials is not a requirement. The court uses it in determining whether an officer has in one way or the other contravened the civil rights of an inmate. The first attempt by the courts to define this standard was made in Farmer v. Brenn an, 511 U.S. 825 (1994). The try on has three parts the first requirement is a substantial or excessive chance of disgrace to the inmate. This requirement is heavily dependent on the facts of the case presented in court. An example of such a case is Willis v. Baldwin, 70 F.3d 1074 (9th Cir. 1995), where the courts ruled that an exposure to asbestos in a prison constituted a substantial risk of harm. The second requirement is actual knowledge of the risk by the official. Obviousness of the

Imagine you are the advisor to the Secretary General of OPEC. You are Essay

Imagine you are the advisor to the Secretary universal of OPEC. You are asked to assess the ability of OPEC to manage the determine of - Essay ExampleThese members supply around 40% of the worlds vegetable crude (USA Congressional Record, 2007). Law of Supply and Demand (Mankiw, 2008) OPECs economic close is to control takings in companionship to raise the price of fossil cover and til nowtually increase the propagation of its members substantial profit. In a free grocery store, the supply and demand tend to push the price at the level in which quantity supplied and quantity demanded are equal (Baumol and Blinder, 2008). Based on this law, it can be pictured out that when the supply of a normal good is low but its demand is higher, it advantageously results to price increase. Thus, OPEC is on the right track of controlling production in order to maximise the oil resources of its members. In fact, it has a significant power to control the entire market considering that 70 % of world oil reserve belongs to the cartel. Furthermore, OPEC targets to supply only 40% of the worlds oil consumption. This means that it has created influence on the worlds oil supply provided that the demand is higher and even reaching to an upward coil due to rising economies. Oil is the lifeblood of the modern economy (Navarro, 2008). This means that every economy, developing or even highly developed will tend to maximise resources and even operations, but this cannot be addressed expeditiously without relying heavily on oil supply. For instance, oil has become the very reason for every business to operate. From production, slash to transportation and inside every household, oil is gaining a wide range of importance, function and economic role. Thus, oil is considered as a normal good and becomes the basic commodity in the world. Oil therefore has created a specific level of demand depending on a certain economys requirements in order to sustain and enhance its development a nd growth. However, from 1972 to 2008, it is noted that OPEC has been ineffective at maintaining cooperation among its members due to issues concerning restriction of production (Mankiw, 2008). Mankiw explained that members were tempted to chisel their productions just to gain more profit advantage. As a result to this, the increase of oil price was never been successful on restricting production, but because of the increase in demand of worldwide consumption. As shown in Table 1, the price of oil per barrel increases over time. However, this increase was pointed out as scarce influenced by OPECs success in restricting its production, but due to increase in market demand for the said commodity (Mankiw, 2008). In the mid-1980s OPEC members were having misunderstanding regarding on the regulatory issues of production. As a result, the production increased beyond the controllable limit as specified by OPEC. As the production of oil in the world market increased, there was more supply available leading to the decrease in price. Such decrease in price was clearly due to availability of supply, but what seems to be apparent was the desire of some OPEC members to gain productive output from their oil resource. In 2007 to 2008, the price of oil considerably was higher. However, it was due to the increase of demand in the world oil market as there was an change magnitude number of emerging economies such as China (Mankiw, 2008). Table 1. History of oil price as influenced by OPEC regulation of production (Mankiw, 2008) Year Price per barrel 1972 $3 1974 $11 1981 $35 1986 $13 Income and substitution effect The positive income effect states that when the price of normal good decreases it leads to

E.B flannel does this by composing essays with his own insights, of events which relate and he just goes off discursive about a topic but then ends up relating it to the main mood of the essay so the reader is able to enamour a different perspective about the topic while see a different insight which they might have neer thought of before. As White relates it fend for to the main idea he shows the truth behind the event he had been talking about introductory and importance to the main idea. An example of this is when White says Over a period of thirty years, I have occupied eight caves in New York, eight digsfour in the Village, one on Murray Hill, three in Turtle Bay. In New York, a citiz en is likely to keep on the move, shop for the perfect arrangement of rooms and vistas, changing his habitation according to fortune, whim, and need. And in every place he abandons he leaves something vital, it seems to me, and starts his new life somewhat less encrusted, like a lobster that has shed its skin and is for a time soft and vulnerable. In Good-Bye to Forty-Eighth Street on page 6 where he is actually talking about how we move on and find new things and new places. Even though these places leave end up not working out we should enjoy them and enjoy life in the meanwhile. White wrote this essay relating to the atomic weapons and he said how you will not know when something bad will happen so you should just live and appreciate your life, and through his personal stories one was able to see the importance of realizing that life is short, to live it, doing the things you love to do.A second example is I am reminded of the advice of my inhabit Never worry about your heart ti ll it stops beating. I guess I had never watched, my coon descend the tree a hundred ties, even so(Coon Tree) in this passage White continues with this theme saying how even though it happened so many times then White explains how. When you poll this you see how it is important to life and happens daily but we dont realize it usually. Concluding passim the essay is set up allowing the reader to understand parts and not others when you have to add your idea into it. It is saying how we should at things in a different perspective so you see the complete story.

English Colonization Essay Example for Free

English Colonization EssayThere is no some other res publica than England that is so associated with closure. Even though other countries like France, Spain, and even the unify States keep up annex countries, it is England who stands out because of the longevity of their practice of it. According to Merriam Webster, liquidation means to make a colony which is a body of people living in a mod territory but retaining ties with the parent convey b the territory inhabited by such a body. (Merriam Webster) The three most large acts of village of slap-up Britain are America, India, and Australia. During its peak, the British Empire was the largest in the world. There were m any(prenominal) reasons for colonization and many of them were financial reasons, but there were spiritual ones as well. One thing is certain and that is the effects of England on the countries she colonized will always be there. The effects run from the language spoken to the reproduction of the governme nt. The reasons that England colonized the linked States, Australia, and India were different for each country. The coupled States was referred to as America when England first colonized it.The main reason for the colonization was to obtain riches that would help England fight the Spanish Navy. The riches were not in abundance as the British hoped, but the natural resources that the new world offered would bring financial gain. Tobacco, indigo, rice, and cotton were the most prominent cash crops that were produced in the fertile ground of America. The only reason that the British colonized India was for trade. Raw materials and spices could be obtained in India and were a huge asset for the imperium. The British dominated trade through protectionist measures that required Indian exports to be transported on British ships. The British focused on consolidating their sovereignty, acquiring lands by military mastery and by exploiting divisions among Indian states and religious groups . (The account statement of India) The settlement of Australia was for trade and riches, but it was excessively for control and to have a base in the Indian Ocean and the South Pacific. Initi altogethery, relations between the explorers and the Aboriginal inhabitants were primarily hospitable and based on understanding the terms of trading for food, water, axes, cloth and artifacts, a relationship advance by Governor Phillip. These relations became hostile as Aborigines realized that the land and resources upon which they depended and the order of their life were severely disrupted by the on-going presence of the colonizers. ( European Discovery and Colonization of Australia) The effects of Englands colonization of the join States are still seen today. America desired independence from Great Britain, but still modeled her baseball club on the mother country. The predominant language spoken is English and the predominant holiness is Christianity as it is in Great Britain. At on e time England was the most capitalistic country in the world and straight the title belongs to the United States. In fact the economic system in the US is a mirror image of that in Great Britain. The US does not have a monarchy, yet Congress and parliament are quite similar and the Prime Minister is similar to the position of president. The court system is also quite like that of the one in America. There is also a since of kinship between the United States and Great Britain. During the ordinal and twenty-first centuries, they have been the closest ally of the other. From fashion, movies, and music, these two countries mirror and rely on the other to compliment the endeavors of the other. The United States might have separated from Great Britain after the Revolution as far as the formation of a new government, but they have remained joined in all other aspects. The continent of Australia is now a dominion of Great Britain. They too share the same sign of government and language as England. Besides these two effects, Australia has also been negatively affected by colonization. When the major cities were developed by the British, much of the surrounding native wilderness was destroyed by those who desired to pass off the land for building and agricultural purposes. This clearing, destroyed the natural habitat of many plants and animals that were indigenous to the continent. So because of the British colonization, Australias natural resources are now different. The major effect of colonization of England on India was the modernization of the country. Great Britain brought many technological advances to the country and was instrumental in the transportation system of India.British spread new technologies such as the telegraph, railroad, and steam transportation throughout the region. This transportation network continues to flourish and grow to this day. (The Story of India) India is also affected by the language of Great Britain. Religion was a secondary rea son for colonization in Australia and America. America was sparsely populated with different tribes of indispensable Americans. The Church of England felt that it should be its delegating to make Christian out of these savages who lived in the new world. Since the tribes were not united, it was easier to infiltrate and push the religion on the natives. The same was true in Australia. The continent was thinly populated and the Aborigines were the only true natives of the island. This also make it easier for the Church of England to do the mission work that it intended to do. However, India was quite a different story. It was a country that was densely populated and the people were not as diversified as the tribes in America. Hinduism was an established religion that was difficult to penetrate the ideas of Christianity. The native Indians had such an established culture that the British made the least whim on them than the other two countries. Some ideas of modern society have infilt rated the Indian culture, but the absolute majority of the culture is the same. The Native Americans were mistreated by the English colonist and this thought carried through the next hardly a(prenominal) generations to the point that they were pushed back by the British settlers. They were eventually stripped of their land and now the majority of the Native Americans live on reservations. The Aborigines, the native Australians, are presently in a transformation of acceptance by the English settlers decedents. For years they were extremely prejudiced against and even had their children stolen from them in the mid twentieth century. The children were taken to orphanages and then farmed out to white families in an attempt to allow them to mingle and eventually address the native Aborigines bloodline out of them. The effect of British colonization was not kind to the original inhabitants of any of the countries that were the target of this empire. The sun finally sets on the British E mpire because Great Britain is no longer the largest empire in the world. When it was, they affected many nations and cultures. In the world we live in today and with the help of the United Nations, it is unlikely that there will ever be an empire as that of the British ever again.ReferencesAnglican Timeline. Soundtrack for a Revolution Essay Example for Free

Soundtrack for a Revolution EssayA look at Ameri raise history shows a legacy of servicemany prominent forms of civil disobedience, the one being reviewed in this paper being the rise up-behaved Rights Movement during the twentieth century. Individuals such as Martin Luther business leader Jr. and Rosa Parks were the figureheads that take to the advance of the rights that African Americans were being stripped of. These astonishing and inspiring goals were met by dint of their strenuous struggle, which included protests, rallies and other events ring the nominate that finally led to African American citizens gaining their hard earned civil rights. Soundtrack for Revolution takes a look at the American civil rights movement, focusing on the role that music, spirituals and protest songs sang had on the pickets, sit-ins, and demonstrations of that turbulent era. Soundtrack of Revolution examines such pivotal moments such as the Montgomery bus ostracise, the March on Washing ton, and the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther world power. Through old footage and interviews, spirituals like Wade in the Water and We Shall Not Be Moved, and folk songs like Phil Ochs Heres to the State of Mississippi are each connected to specific aspects or moments of the movement. These songs had effects on change and continuity, culture and community, and finally on power and formation you can cage a vocalizer but not song Harry Belafonte. Change and continuity is a classic debate that looks at how the world is shaped. This particular movie looks at the changes made in American society, specifically civil rights. The American people, especially Afro-Americans, faced many changes in the twentieth century. Challenges including gaining their civil rights, the civilized Rights Movement was where millions of African-Americans fought to get the rights they deserved, fleck at the same time retaining their common traditions. This movie examined pivotal moments such as the Montg omery four-in-hand Boycott. The Montgomery Bus Boycott was a political and social protest campaign against the policy of racial segregation on the public transit system in Montgomery, Alabama. This campaign lasted from December 1, 1955, when Rosa Parks, an African American woman, was arrested for refusing to surrender her seat to a white person at the front of the bus, to December 20, 1956. This boycott led to a fall in States Supreme Court decision that declared the Alabama and Montgomery laws requiring separate buses to be unconstitutional and unjust. This was a major win in the Civil rights movement and ultimately led the march on Washington. This victory along with their music brought them together we felt like it was going to be good trouble, it as necessary trouble. Congress man John Lewis, student movement leader said, it gave the African-American people a sense of hope and ignited the flame they needed. This quote is a clear mold of how they would do anything (non violen t), even risking jail time, abuse and death to fight for their equality.Culture and Community are truly closely related in the sense that people from the same culture or people that piece of ground common values will come together in united communities within areas as well as in large scale countries. This typography is evident in the movie Soundtrack for Revolution. The African-Americans were treated inhumanely and therefore they percentd a common prejudice. This brought them together and ultimately led to them pushing for civil rights in the United States. There loyalty to the cause and their community is best seen during the various sit-ins they went through around Montgomery, Alabama. Sit-ins were a crucial part of the nonviolent strategy of civil disobedience and mass protests that eventually led to course of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which ended legally-sanctioned racial segregation in the United States as well as the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that struck down many racially-motivated barriers used to deny voting rights to non-whites.The sit-ins were make at strategic areas, they were usually done at higher end cafes, diners, and restaurants where they would cause a greater statement. The African-American people that participated in these sit-ins were harassed constantly and were treated disgustingly, constantly being spit on or attacked. The protestors would sing together and had an immensely brawny spirit that could not be broken through violence you can break my bones but you cannot break my spirit,(Lynda Lowery, Selma protestor). This quote directly links to how powerful their spirit was and it shows that they werent afraid to do what they had to, to win their freedom. The theme of Power and Governance is a major reoccurring theme in this documentary. Throughout the movie we see the struggle of power between the blacks and the whites, however their battles were for very opposite things. The whites fought to maintain their power . They were governed by themselves but also had the assistance of the Montgomery law enforcement as well as the State of Alabama, which was governed by George Wallace. The blacks on the other hand, had moreover themselves. They relied on their music and their charismatic leader Martin Luther King Jr to get them through these hard clock. Martin Luther King Jr was an American clergyman, activist, and leader in the African-American Civil Rights Movement. Martin Luther King was best known for his role in the advancement of Civil Rights Movement using non-violent civil disobedience. He was a very brave man and ultimately payed the highest price for what he believed in. He was stabbed multiple times and was eventually assassinated.Martin Luther King Jr didnt fear death, he would do anything he could in his power to make the lives of millions better. The only way we can really achieve freedom is to somehow conquer the fear of death, for if a man has not discovered something that he would die for, he isnt fit to live it, (Martin Luther King). This sense of loyalty to the cause inspired millions of African-Americans to do the same and together united by song they beat segregation, and were finally recognized as equals. In conclusion there have been many struggles in the world that have been overcome. The Civil Rights Movement was one of these amazing feats of man. In North America, for the most part, blacks, whites, Jews, and Arabs all live in harmony, we share schools, classrooms, playgrounds as well as morals. The movie Soundtrack for Revolution shows the story of the Civil Rights Movement and how songs, spirituals and protest songs held a group of courageous people together during their pickets, sit-ins, and non-violent demonstrations during a turbulent era. This was accomplished with the aid of Martin Luther King JR and on August 28, 1963 The Great March on Washington took place, this was one of the largest political rallies for human rights in United States histor y and it called for civil and economic rights for African Americans. The themes of change and continuity, culture and community, and finally on power and governance are very evident in the movie as well as how song relates to them you can cage a singer but not song Harry Belafonte.

For example if I was in a situation and I needed advice I would probably sit and think of ways of judge it out for at least three days before I would even consider want additional help. At that time, it was thought that merging the customer data from the field (sales) with the call center interactions would go forth in more informed interactions with the customer. The concept resonated with user organizations and soon mergers and acquisitions created a host of software vendors all claimin g to have an integrated set of capabilities that became known as CRM.On a parallel track, Internet-based tools such as e-commerce, Internet marketing, personalization, and self-help were evolving. These products competed outside of the CRM sphere due to the newness of the technology, and they were referred to as e-business. When the concepts of CRM and e-business melded together there was a short dot of e-madness where vendors talked about eCRM and e-everything. There are still vestiges of this transition in the industry such as essentially using e-business to add value to vendors and referring to it as partner relationship management (PRM) or providing tools for employees and referring to it as employee relationship management (ERM). 31Similarly, enterprise resource planning (ERP) vendors realized that the 360-degree view of the customer has to include transaction data, so they have likewise developed an integrated package with CRM capabilities. Thus from a technology situation CRM consists of a set of applications that address the needs of customer-facing functions that in turn feed a common database that is supported by business analytics. Each vendor has variations on this theme. On the other hands, CRM can be define as a process or methodology used to learn more about customers needs and behaviors in orderto manage and develop stronger relationships in an organized way with them. 32Components of CRM1. Contact an circular ManagementRelevant data for customer profile is captured with the help of the software. Necessary information is captured from prospective customers. CRM system stores data in common customer database. The database integrates customer account information and presents it in desirable format to the company. The data is used for sales, marketing, services and other applications. 332. gross revenueSales process management follows a customized sales methodology with specific sales policies and procedures. Sales activities include Product information, Product configuration, sales prospectus and sales quote generation. CRM also provide the history of customer account so that the sales call can be schedule accordingly. 3. Marketing and fulfillmentCRM helps the professionals in product marketing, target marketing, relationship marketing and campaign management. By analyzing customer and business value of direct marketing can be projectd. CRM also helps in customer retention, behavior prediction, channel optimization, personalization. Customer response and requests can be quickly scheduled and hence sales contacts. 344. Customer Service and supportCRM system provides service representatives with adequate access to customer database. It also helps to create, assign and manage the service requests by customers. Calling format is designed to thoroughfare customer calls to individual attendants as per the skills and authority to handle special cases. Help desk system is developed to help customer service representative to help customers who face problems with product or service to resolve it. Web-based self-importance Service means help customer to access personalized information at company netsite. 5. keeping and loyalty programsThe primary objective of CRM is to enhance and optimize customer retention and loyalty. CRM systems are also useful in determining most loyal and profitable customers and reward. 35The essential link between Marketing, Sales and Customer Service Too often, the three key functions that directly affect customers -Marketing, Sales and Customer Service operate independently of one another. This can create confusion and inconsistency in how you communicate and service your customers. For examples, marketing staff whitethorn come up with a price promotion. However, if that is not communicated to the sales team, the subject could be incorrect billing, which may take time or resources from the customer to rectify and could create ill will and mistrust, making it seem like y our company does not adhere to its word. 36Similarly, if a sales representative makes a sale and gives certain guarantees to a customer but those are not communicated to the customer service team or even to the other sales team members, then the customer may fees as if the company is not standing behind its assurance. This can be particularly problematic if there is employee overturn and poor communication between or even departments. This silo effect where information is between vertically in departments that may or may not communicate with each other- could actually damage your business. With comprehensive CRM system, however, customer communication is captured and housed in an accessible database, making the most current information available to anyone who needs it and has access to the system. By breaking through barriers between various business functions and making communication transparent, your company can act in a more consistent and unified fashion with its customers, in stilling a greater level of trust and strengthening customer relationships. On this customers say they like to trade in Intraday because of Short term investment and high level of exciteme nt and sometimes they feel their money seems to sink. In Delivery, people say here is No / Low Risk, More Money , in this people say if scrip goes down like Satyam, then also we get chance to book profit buying current stocks in low price and putting old stock aside temporarily. Here we find people hesitate to invest in Intraday and confident to trade in Delivery trading. Very less traders population do trade in both area, for few people its nothing but fund managing, if one finds hindrance in making money in Intraday, they simultaneously manage their fund for Delivery, but very few people feel do this type of management. It empowers staff wit customer intelligence and best practices to increase their likelihood of successful transactions. It increases customers acquisition, retention, loyalty, and profitability by integrating information across the enterprise. It enables executive and management to gain customer insight. 64Customer Relationship Management Risks Effective internal controls must be in place to prevent customer information from be coming scattered across databases and servers. CRM can be associated with significant revenue cycle. CRM should be kept and handled and carefully kept inside the company only otherwise Customers Database can be misused by rivals. Customer Common Findings while contacting by and large people whom I have contacted they were from different domains like Business, Proprietors, High Net worth Income Group (HNIs) and students. Their responses may not be proper because of their Busyness in Dealing Room. This data is called Primary Data, which is considered very literal but is this case it misrepresents the Reality and Credibility. 65 Some people, its felt that they gave fake response, with impression that this questionnaire is from Religare Securities internal. Some people did not take it serious because this was not important to them as they are busy for trading at dealing Room. Every data interpretation and statistics cannot be think worthy from their results because this study is f or only two months altogether. 66Chapter 8.Limitations67LimitationsFindings are according to the observations.1. Many consultants, vendors, and analysts today define CRM in terms of being a customer-centric business strategy that is enabled by a set of applications that support customer-facing functions and management decision making. That may capture the essence of what CRM is, but while it does not concentrate on the extra expenses occurring on Companys A/c due to increment in expenses in serving customers all the ways and Return on investment means consideration may not be more than expected. Customer may not give that much business transactions which is estimated or expected. 2. It needs specific staffs to handle all the tasks of Customer Relationship Management because the data that is feed in system cannot be handled justby Relationship Managers who has to make new customers and take care of their dealings and also to accomplish their supererogatory responsibilities. 68Sugge stions69Suggestions1. Short Durationo Project research duration was only for two months, in this tenure neither study nor observation can be done properly. For example, we saw sample plan in that only 100 customers could be contacted and now the problem is- from this samples we cannot think of Macro Level Perception of customers. Many people may be from same point of view and many may not and those 100 people may not contain these type of people. So duration of Research Project should be more than two months. 2. Customer Categoryo To find effective Customer Relationship Management, Broking firm can do one more thing which will be very beneficial to them in finding Asset Customers from the bottom level management to top level management. Religare should adopt system of allotting Customer Categories according to their transactions, due payments, exposure, loyalty, frequency of trading and all. 70o In this system at all the level where CRM is handled and watched by Top class officials of the company, they also get to know the cite names and details of the loyal customers and CEO or Board of Directors also get to know resume customers and at last their turnover of the total transaction. 3. Affiliated Awareness Programso Religare should arrange affiliated programs at heart its own groups to come to the sense of new people and accordingly to prospecting and acquiring new customers. o With the help of it companies CRM will help it to get height of success and dominate the world of Services. Because CRM affects Marketing, Sales and profitability and these all can be achieved by CRM. o For E.g., Religare Securities can play few awareness documentaries and Advertisement with Religare Vistaar this will result in getting more and more customers to serve and accordingly Religare can become the first ranker in turnover very soon. 71AppendixI.
